Church Hill

Our vision was simple for this project - transform a builder grade home into a personal sanctuary with future plans for the home to serve as a retreat in culturally rich neighborhood. Earth tones of ochre and terracotta with contrasting black and white made for a relaxing, but energizing color palette. Throughout the home we upgraded the millennial grey walls and lighting to create a warm, cozy feel. The 2.5 baths were updated with new modern vanities, lighting, mirrors, and faucets. Matte black hardware for both interior and exterior doors as well as bathrooms added a clean, modern touch. To ensure the space did not feel flat, we balanced the black hardware with brass/gold lighting and accessories. The powder room and drybar are wow factors with the bold black and white wallpaper and 3D fluted tile. Cheers!
