PROCESS

First, we’ll schedule your Discovery Call. After, we will provide a Home Consultation to identify a Scope of Work based on your project goals. Once we have an agreed upon Scope, we will schedule a two-hour Design Orientation to include taking photos and measurements to help us with the preparation of your custom proposal.

YOUR CUSTOM PROPOSAL

After we gather all of the necessary information during your Design Orientation we follow up with a preliminary proposal for your project within 7 business days. Your custom proposal will include a detailed breakdown of our proposed design fee and any deliverables.

At this early stage prior to completing the conceptual design, we will not yet be able to provide you with a firm project timeline or figures pertaining to furniture and decor, or material selections. These will largely depend on the contractors brought on to execute your project, as well as our collaborative decisions following your design presentation. We will work together to create a design plan you love that is within your identified budget!

For our bossed up and busy clients who need us to transform their space without them lifting a finger. This package offers a flat fee determined by your project scope including square footage, furniture and decor needs, and turnkey project fulfillment services.
